Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all jewelry purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

• Wrong size ordered

• Wear and tear from normal use
